Myo Inositol (sometimes refereed to as Vitamin B8 complex) is an non essential naturally occurring sugar found in many foods which plays a structural role in the body as a major component of cell membranes, it has antioxidant properties and is used as a PCOS supplement.
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a condition that causes hormone imbalances in women, which may lead to irregular periods and infertility. Weight gain, high blood sugar and undesirable cholesterol and triglyceride levels are also concerns with PCOS.

I am really pleased with the product. It dissolves very well, but you need to remember the water needs to be slightly warm. Tastes nice. And it does work, actually. In the first month of using the product, I had proper signes of ovulation (egg-like mucus) and a very long luteal phase of 13 days! Totally recommend this product.
You can purchase quality food supplements via ebay, which would either be very hard to purchase on the ‘high street’ or would cost much more. I have also taken to purchasing supplements in powder form so I am not paying someone to put them in a capsule or form into a tablet. I then include these supplements in my home-made fruit and vegetable shake I prepare for breakfast. I put in other things like flaxseed and chia seed, soya milk etc. It is of course important to make sure you add the correct amount of supplement – you definitely can have too much of a good thing.
