What is Vitamin B3?
Vitamin B3 is a vitamin that includes three forms: nicotinamide (niacinamide), niacin (nicotinic acid), and nicotinamide riboside.
All three forms of vitamin B3 are converted within the body to nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD).
As a supplement, it is used by mouth to help with niacin deficiency. While nicotinic acid (niacin) may be used for this purpose, nicotinamide has the benefit of not causing skin flushing.
It is a fine white powder, manufactured to European Pharmacopoeia standards.

I use it to exfoliate my skin,it’s gentle on skin,not harsh like acid peels.i love it.
Received Very quickly. its in fine crystal powder form, and i just mix with still water and put 1-2 spoonful (tiny spoon is provided in the package) per day. i haven’t seen the huge improvement yet but on the days i take this, something makes me feel better. and the amount you take is only little so should last long enough to see some result. so far no complaint, and hope i’ll notice improvement soon. too early to tell. would i order this again? perhaps Yes.
