You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the day you receive your goods, please contact us and we will authorise a return. If you are returning items because you have changed your mind or ordered by mistake you will be liable for the return postage.

Items must be returned unsealed in as new condition.

Refunds are usually processed within a few days of us receiving the returned goods. Please allow a further week for the refund amount to show on your account.

We will refund you by the same method as payment.

International Returns Due to Non Payment of any Government Tax

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Should you not pay any associated fees in relation to your import and the order is returned to us, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, deducting any outbound shipping charges we have incurred.
